The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) released Notice 2025-15 in regards to an alternative method for furnishing Form 1095-C (and Form 1095-B) to individuals under the Affordable Care Act (ACA). Hard copy forms will no longer be mailed. Pursuant to Notice 2025-15, responsible individuals may receive a copy of their statements in Etrieve under the Self Service section of Central (Employee Self Service); or upon request no later than January 31, 2026 or 30 days after the date of request. Requests can be emailed to kailey.melton@lcsd.k12.sc.us or by submitting a written request to Lancaster County School District, Attn: Benefits, at 300 South Catawba Street, Lancaster, SC 29720.
