     FREE meals for youth ages 18 and younger will be available this summer at five schools in Lancaster County School District, thanks to the USDA Summer Food Service program.

     •     AR Rucker Middle will serve lunch only from 10:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m. June 3-27.

     •     Andrew Jackson Middle will serve lunch only from 10:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m. June 3-27.

     •     Clinton Elementary will serve breakfast from 7-8 a.m. and lunch from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. June 3-27. Holiday break with no meals served is July 1-5. Summer meals begin again July 8-18.

     •     Brooklyn Springs Elementary will serve breakfast from 7-8 a.m. and lunch from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. June 3-27.

     •     All sites are closed on Fridays.

     •     Adults may also pay to eat for $2.40 for breakfast and $4 for lunch.

     •     A copy of the policy is on file in the Office of School Food Services, 300 S. Catawba Street, Lancaster, SC. The policy may be reviewed by any interested party. For details on the program, call 803.286.6972.

     •     All children who attend are served the same meal at no charge, regardless of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability, and there is no discrimination in the course of the food service.
