      Indian Land High girls soccer coach Mark Bonda and Lancaster High boys basketball coach Ricardo Priester will coach in their sports North-South All-Star games this year.
      Bonda was chosen to co-coach the S.C. North-South Classic All-Star match June 13 at the College of Charleston Stadium in Mt. Pleasant.
      He has coached the girls varsity soccer team nine years and served as head coach for eight of those years.
      He has coached two All-State players – one who was All-State three years straight – and five players who now play collegiate soccer.
      This season, his team finished 10-3-3, putting him only two wins away from 100 career wins.
      Priester is in his 10th season leading the Bruins.
      He was named coach for the 2014-15 S.C. North-South All-Star Basketball Game March 21.
      Priester has been named The Lancaster News boys basketball Coach of the Year three times and Region IV-AAAA Coach of the Year.
      He helped 12 Bruins earn college scholarships and four of his former players play collegiate basketball.
      He has produced 13 all-region players, a Class AAAA Player of the Year and a Carolinas Classic All-Star Player.
